Sheetal Nair is a parent of two amazing children with autism. She has over 20 years of experience as an instructor. She started her career as a general education teacher but modified her career path after working with individuals with autism. Her children's diagnosis further strengthened her resolution to pursue a career in the field of Behavior Analysis. She has worked in various capacities, as a general education teacher, an ABA therapist, parent trainer, staff trainer and school behavior consultant. Sheetal has conducted various trainings and workshops internationally. Strive Together, her brainchild was created to afford quality services to learners in a nurturing and a stimulating environment. She aims to bridge the gap of learning outcomes between neuro-diverse population and thereby create an inclusive community that promotes the well being of one and all in the most progressive manner.
Robert Galino (Rob)

Robert Galino is a special education teacher with over 25 years of experience in the field. He has worked in both public schools and private schools, as well as community group homes during his career span. Robert is a dedicated and committed teacher who takes great joy working with individuals with special needs. His passion towards bringing about meaningful changes in individuals with special needs is commendable. Over the years many learners have benefitted from his selfless services which has earned him the title of being an “asset to the community”. Over and above being a special educator, he has an Advanced Certificate in educational leadership. Robert hopes to devote his time and efforts towards bringing about meaningful changes in the lives of individuals with special needs.
