Fitness Training

  • HIIT

    High Intensity Interval Training is used to building stamina and incorporate cardio in weight training.

  • Bike

    The bike is used for cardio. Each student will be using the bike steadily increasing the duration and speed as each student builds endurance.

  • Rower

    The rower is used for cardio. Each student will be using the rower, and will improve the speed and duration as they build endurance.

  • Punching Bag

    The punching bag is also used for cardio and for each student to destress and get a workout in.

  • Light Weights

    Each student will be using light weight dumbbells and weight balls to increase core strength.

  • Bosu Ball

    With the help of Bosu Ball the student will learn to improve their balance while engaging various muscles.
